Proven Process

  • -Submit level of experience in various areas of hospitality

    -Complete a server and/or bartender knowledge assessment

  • -Perform up to first six shifts with Cutting Edge Cuisine, our catering affiliate, in order to confirm proper execution of skills

  • With Service Team:

    -All shifts posted through scheduling software

    -Daily Shift Text with required response to maintain shift

    -Chat rooms available

    With Clients:

    -Dedicated Service Director

    -Communicate service expectations and facility nuances through Venue Profile

    -Request Staff online

    -Staff Wellness Checks

  • -Deep roster of servers, bartenders and all support roles

    -Team members with weekday and weekend availability
